A lttle help please

My deviant art doesn't work properly on my computer,after I Installed a new windows,and I started running it,It doesn't load properly, I can't upload the full screen of the Images that I see, and my notifications does not appear a5 all,deciantart works so well on my mobile,so can anyone help me to sort out this mess
